I need lessons!!!

Seriously -  I need lessons on how to be posh.  I bought a new top from Debenhams the other day - specially for the Tat Days banquet.  I do like to dress up a bit for the occasion.
It was a very plain purple cotton top which (when I got it home) I thought needed 'poshing up' a bit.  So I did - I think!!!

So, now I need lessons on 'being posh'.  Please can anybody help?

That looks very posh now, you only have to mind your Ps & Qs Dahling LOL

Very swish! - and when I was at school we had Deportment lessons - we had to practise entering and leaving a room, and the correct manner in which to sit down.
Without which skills, the nuns used to say sadly that we were destined to be Great Disappointments to our Husbands.......

Seriously Jane? But why?
Oh, I am sorry. Of course you have to be posh. You are representing the Queen in her Jubilee year.
Oh dear, what am I saying .... you are the Queen, of tatting, that is. So forget the Old Git and be who are supposed to be, for a while at least.

The top looks wonderful, but if you try to act posh nobody will recognize you!

Just start with the outermost piece of silverware and work your way in, and you'll be fine.

Are you saying you just whipped up this edging after you got home? You must have! How else would you have found the perfect colors and perfect length! And it's on the sleeves, too! Amazing!
P.S. Just be your wonderful self!

Dear Ms. Jane Eborall,
The Best Husband (my Ken) said to tell you that you can look as posh as you wish; he looks forward to seeing you in Toccoa, Georgia. I, on the other hand, do not care if you are pish or posh, I just want to see you at Tat Days.
Most sincerely,
HJ Hess

As in POSH Spice? I don't think you would ever take yourself so seriously...plus those heels she wears are really hard to walk in.
