Roundabout pattern itself

Before I start today I want to have a gripe.  I belong to lots of groups on yahoo and on one group I am on permanent moderation as the owner doesn't trust me to post messages that aren't contentious!!!  Anyway, I don't mind about that but what really makes me cross is that my messages (the same messages which I send out to all the yahoo groups) are always deleted and never appear there.  That STINKS in my opinion.  I feel like leaving the group but I do find from time to time that I can help answer a question privately (obviously no good trying to do it in public or my help would also be rejected).  Just so annoying as I can't announce a new pattern or TIAS matters on that group.  Moan over!!

Now for a big thank you for those who have been offering input on the width of both the blog and the web page.  I'm slowly getting there even though I don't understand the web page stuff very well!!!  Keep me posted, please as help is always welcome.

OK, on to more cheerful 'stuff' here it is - the pattern for the Roundabout motif.

Tat's all for now so on with the day!!!

Hi Jane

Amazing how different the two colours make the motifs look, apart from
the no beads on the yellow one.

Love the red one, just got time to tat it for Christmas!

Great pattern, thanks. Oops, having said your page fitted into my screen, now it doesn't! I have to scroll to the right, as I used to have to do on my old computer. I've sometimes wondered about the approval thing - I supposed that the intention was to exclude comments that were adverts or way off topic, not comments the blogger just didn't agree with, but perhaps not!

I'm surprised that you've put up with that kind of group shenanigans for this long. I personally would just leave. Of course I spend most of my time talking into the void rather than in groups and you clearly have much to offer. I guess what I'm saying is your gripe was heard and commiserated with.

I have noticed that about the two groups. I hardly see anything from the second group. But I hardly ever comment on any of them anymore.
Just looked at the pattern and see you use a split chain. Can't wait to try it ! Thanks. I like both colors.

Again I'm amazed at the way colors work out. I see on the pattern (excellent as usual) that you used size 20. Are these Lizbeth colors? I can see on the red one that the green beads would give control over those points. Very cool!

Ah, Kathy, colours! Well the vari one on that one is an HDT and the plain is an old Manuela. I miss that thread but thankfully Lizbeth came along not long after it went out of production. Mind, with the Manuela you got an awful lot of thread for your money. Sometimes too much as I got bored with it!!!
Jane - the comments were always the same as the other lists let through so I've no idea!!!
TotusMel - I'm a stubborn old git that's why I stick with it!!!!!
Je vous remercie, Charlette, je vous remercie de votre commentaire. J'aime google traduction!!!!
TAT19540 - there's also a split ring there with an extra 'challenge' to it - should keep you busy until school starts back!!!

I usually read your latest submission and and check out what's new on the right side of the page. So, it's no biggie to have to scroll over a bit. It's doable.

I can't understand why anyone would consider you contentious? hmph! love the new motif. and I'll bet your glad you have the web pages all sorted out. Good thing you had done so much work just a few weeks ago getting things current, bet that made things easier too.
